Editing Phones Extensions and names

you can get the IP from the phone you need to connect to from its status menu

username admin 

Password in Vault for Cisco and Yealink Phones - link 

so SIP server is https://equipmed.upabx.exetel.com.au/ 

extension numbers are the username and the secret to register extension is in vault under Phone Secret 

You can get this information and set if needed in pbx  - go Applications - Extensions menu
