Email Defender 365 Security

On top of using Microsoft Exchange Online standard security , we are using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 

this gives additional layer of protection for our emails , 

To make adjustments you need to goto security console - link 

Policies and Rules section 

first is the "Preset Security Policies" -  I have added all reciepients to the standard policy as its the most balanced 

If you need to add exemptions I suggest that users use the Report message feature in Outlook first before having the need to make adjustments in security panel
